i just moved over to pay as you go from business and i am trying to login to the my o2 app but it just not working and keep getting this error:

You can try two things
1) Wait till tomorrow to see if your account has reset.
2) If it hasn't then you need to ring customer services and ask for their help. 4445 is the CS number for payg.
Best time to call is between 8.00-8.30am in the morning,
