hi

i just moved over to pay as you go from business and i am trying to login to the my o2 app but it just not working and keep getting this error:_Screenshot_20180827-175619_My O2.jpg

Otherwise the PAYG number to call whilst abroad is

Hi @b4u2

You can try two things

1) Wait till tomorrow to see if your account has reset.

2) If it hasn't then you need to ring customer services and ask for their help. 4445 is the CS number for payg.

Best time to call is between 8.00-8.30am in the morning,

Is that still the business myo2 app?
There is a different one for consumer accounts so make sure you've got the correct app installed.
