hi, i have just recieved my new pay monthly phone and sim from carphone warehouse. i currently have a sim only £20 a month deal, how do i go about cancelling that one?

@alexa99999 If you wish to keep the number from your sim only contract you'll need to speak to customer service and ask them to migrate the number to your new account. In the current situation, getting through will not be easy. Best bet is to try tomorrow between 8-8.30 am.
