I have topped up my daughters phone on friday 23rd sept 2021, 02 have taken the payment from my bank but now 2 days later my daughter can't make calls, send texts or use her data an the 02 app doesn't show my 02 bundle usage etc just gives the option to top up again. jer bundle is unlimted calls and texts and 6gb date, any ideas as to what's happened

Could be a typo on the number you topoed-up, or she has a charge-to-mobile transaction reducing her balance, @john1977 - best to call O2, numbers are here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support - you might get on the queue ok if you call now, otherwise 08:15 tomorrow. Good luck.
