Cant call from bulgaria as was in touch with 02 and they said manually select network provider to mobile tel and i dont have this option. If I call someone I have to switch everytime new provider to make another call. any ideas

You need to set the network selection to manual and it will stay on the network you choose to connect to.

Thank you but when I select manual 02 is not an option only vivacom and telenor bg and A1 so I dont have the option to choose 02 or mobile tel

Youu won't be able to connect to O2 that far away.

Try each of the ones you can choose from to see which works best.

Thank you for that but when I choose them I can make one or 2 calls then disabled again thats the issue and people call me straight to answer machine. Thanks for trying anyway.

According to the list of roaming partners for Bulgaria, you can use:

BulgariaMobilTel EAD   
BulgariaVivacom

Sounds like maybe some local network issues rather than anything else,which is nothing that O2 could help with.

Yea the vivacom is just texts and the other one is not coming up for me and no idea to get the mobiltel one

Not sure if you've tried this but, turn off phone and remove sim card.

Rub it between your fingers, gently and replace it in phone.

Then try again to search for networks.

tried this and only bringing up the same networks thanks anyway dont know what else to do
