have not used my phone for some time now find that I have no credit ,phone no (REMOVED)...have now bought a new phone but hope to use my old sim ,have been trying to buy new credit but cannot receive your security text, can you help ?

Hi @keithhill - ways to top-up are here, Guide How to Top Up (PAYG) and note:
If you don’t top up, add a Bolt On or carry out any chargeable activity at least once in any six month period, your O2 Pay As You Go sim card will be disconnected and you’ll lose any remaining credit on your account.
If your SIM has been deactivated, a call to O2 will be required to see if it can be reactivated - Guide: How to find help & contact O2
