Hello everyone

I have never had direct contracts with O2. I had a pay-as-you-go with GiffGaff in the past. A few days ago I got this message from 07376494708:

"O2: We have been unable to process your latest bill ... update your details via the following link: <Link Removed>"

Clicking on the link opens the main access page. I have never had an O2 account so I signed up and did not find any bills about me.

How do I know what, how much and where to pay?

Thank you

Did you put any bank details in the fake website?

If you did please change your password immediately on any websites you have used it.

If you put payment details on this website then please contact your bank immediately and advice them you have put your bank details in a fake website and these are now compremised, they may issue new account details and / new debit card etc.

Also contact o2 on 4445 and say fraud and explain that you have put your o2 details into a fake o2 website.
