My neighbour asked me to buy a pay-as-you-go dongle for her laptop to use the internet. 

 

I found one on the O2 website 

  1 ZTE MF710M 3G Mobile Broadband Dongle Device with 3GB preloaded data
sim £22.00
 
Now I am worried it might be linked to my account. Can she use it?

Anyone can use it but you might be paying for it.
