Got new o2 SIM last week, but the 'keep my number form' is still not available after over 5 days, despite the fact that "We've got our best technicians on the case." !
Any suggestions as how to proceed as an alternative solution.
Live chat never seems to be available, and 4445 always seems to have a 15-minute wait.
Surely o2 Customer non-Service can't always be this bad - or is it ?
I haven't made a mistake by joining o2 have I ?

Seems like my Chrome browser doesn't like o2, but Microsoft Edge worked fine.
Instant connection to Live Chat, and issue now resolved.
