Hello, I bought my sim in Tesco for £10, have I need to top up it?

Check the expiry date, as these sims have them, and if it has expired it will not be activated. 

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

If you have already paid £10 it should have been activated at the till.

If it was a free sim then you need to top it up Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)

If the sim is still valid you need to go back to Tesco.

If it is older than 6 months without a top up it will be O2 that has deactivated it so you will need to contavt O2 customer service on
