Dear Community
Today was the renewal day for my international big bundle, and while yesterday I charge the sim with £10, soon I figured there was £9.99 left on my account.
The mobile data was turned off precisely for that reason to prevent o2 from trimming my credit.
That 9.99 now is useless for me, what can I do, since I cannot upload 0.01 to get my bundle?
That seems to me a wasted £10 credit.

I had to be forwarded to an other member but they sorted it out, seems like the phone still managed to connect briefly to the network and that weird occasion has been charged 1p.
