It is the same for any network.

PAYG credit can only be transferred to another account in your name.

There are no refunds.

It is in the t&c's that you agree to when you activated the PAYG sim card.

And as @MI5 has said this is the same across all UK networks.

Yeah, I had the same with Voda previously.
Either use it or lose it.
