Looking to get off some sort of tariff that  dosent takes £10 of my top up money, leaving me with nothing to make calls or texts.
Ok I seem to get it back at end of month but no bloody good if I only have £10 to make an urgent call

before I changed my no., I used to have basic call charges and at the end of that it stopped and sent me to top up

 looking at my account details it says

You are opted out of O2 Travel and will be charged 4p/MB for data in G ...More i seem to have been given

@mina75

O2 only offer bundles now so you can't get basic PAYG anymore.

If you want that you can get it from giffgaff or Tesco, both of which use O2 network.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

The decision to change has upset many, but O2 don't want that small margin business anymore when their partner network offers it anyway.
