how do I register a new phone with the same number as before?

I have a new phone.  I have ported my old number to the new phone.  But I can't register my new phone because the computer insists that I still have my old phone.  How do I get around this?

What are you trying to register for ?

If it's your MyO2 it should automatically update with the new phone in a few days.
