i have unlimited calls to o2, my wife got o2 pay monthly. now my calls to her are not free. anybody tell me why, please?

No one here could know, but if your wife has just joined, it might take a while to register her as an O2 customer.

You'd have to ask customer service to be certain Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
