Hi having purchased a new Samsung AO2S 4 days ago I have noticed my PAYG balance fluctuates up and down sometimes by£2 sometimes by 5 and1 pence this is despite only using the phone at home and on wifi only, my data roaming and dataisage are switched off. Can anyone shed a light?

If you are sure mobile data is always off then you should pop instore and speak to one of the staff.
Or you could call O2 on 4445. They may have an explanation.
