Dear O2, I used to recieve emails to inform me of a statement is due. This has not happened for 2months now can you re-instate this facility please?  xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

@JeanEShackleton If you're a Pay & Go customer, which is the section you posted in, you don't receive bills or statements.

You need to contact payment management
To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best time to call is around 8.00am

Please also remove your phone number as the forum is public.
