Solved: e-top up card

Can anyone tell me how to get a new e-top up card,

None of my local o2 shop exist, tried ringing around o2 stores, no answer

i have phoned Leeds store but they are not allowed to send one by post.

spent 30 mins on customer services number, being transfered 3 times then she put the phone down on me.

Leeds is a 90min drive, a long way just for a card!

The only way is in store now and there aren't many left out there as they have been discontinued.

Use balance to pay for taffif

Restart after using my allowance

Close account

Inheriting account/phonenumber from parent

Money taken yet phone not topped up!
