My £3 per month pays for 100MB of data. I have Data Saver turned on, so at home data is via WiFi. My phone says I've used 17MB of data in the last month. I very rarely send texts or calls, so why has my auto topup lost £30 in about six weeks?

Call 4445 and ask customer service.
