Solved: data remaining on PAYG?

my mother has a PAYG account. It was recently credited with £20, which has been exchanged for 99 minutes/100 messaging units.

But how do I find out her data allowance?

I tried looking on the my 02 website, my 02 app, and texted balance to 20202, but could not find the data allowance.

Sounds like a very old tariff and may not have a data allowance.

Which tariff is it?

An up to date tariff would provide unlimited mins and texts as well as data.
