Contact O2 but better to call in an O2 shop with Photo ID

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Quickest and easiest option is to call in your nearest O2 store with some photo ID. They will arrange the swap for you.

Or call customer service - but note your existing SIM, unusable as it is, will be blocked when they send you a new one, which can take a bit of hassle to get unbarred after you receive it.

As you are PAYG, you can try this option, and then move your old number to the new SIM:  http://www.o2.co.uk/freesim to order a free sim - then Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update to move your old SIM number to the new. Note you will need the serial number off the old SIM to do the SIM swap, so keep it handy.
