What is the fastest way to speak to customer services because whenevef i call then i reach the automated service and it takes ages if ever to actually speak to a real person?

any direct numbers or options to speak straight away and be connected with an advisor?

If it still works press 2 to confirm you are calling from the phone you want to talk about then 0 which used to take you straight to an advisor.

@b4u2 Less chance of a long wait on hold if you call customer service in the morning between 8-8.30 am.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
