contacting 02 during lockdown

Impossible to top up by any method.  Horrendous service during this time when people need their phones to keep in touch with each other.  

 

Luckily I have talk talk broadband so i am not totally cut off!  will be changing providers after all this. 

 

No customer service.

Been cut off because i cant pay my bill due to being laid off work because of covid 19 and cant contact o2 at all poor customer service during the time we need to keep in contact with friends and family will be changing provider once my contact ends
