Hi, I requested and was supplied with a PAYG Sim card for my tracker in my motorhome. After a bit of come and going to get it up and running it works fine.
I set up the auto top up as I felt that this would be my best option. However the one problem I do have is texts sent to the mobile number of the simcard.
Fro example; I was told that I had £5 added to the accout as a loyalty bonus, which I am grateful for, BUT it was sent to my sim number. So, I never got it. I( have requested that I be contacted on my email address to prevent this from happening but to no avail. Anyway I can get this message across and make life easier?

They won't contact you by email as no one can monitor when you top up. The only way to get the texts or notifications is to put the sim in a suitable phone.
