hi All,

i bought a new phone ,j5 on pay as you go - simple swop of sim and sd card ,no new sim, and set it up etc etc ...first thing was connecting to my wifi, which it completed no prolems

i sent several messages on viber after installing it, since this action my pay as you go balance has dropped by a £1 ... i didnt call anyone, use my message service or even use mobile network as i hadnt left my house, so always connected on wifi, my messages, incl a pic, were only to members of my family group on Viber.

does anyone know why these charges are being taken.

not much money but very annoying

£1 sounds like a web daily charge which is incurred when you use data, so at some point you must have dropped off the wifi.
If you turn off mobile data, it will prevent this from happening again.
