Hi @Anonymous Is this a new contract? If so a sim card should come with the phone.

You will have to do a sim swap http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/

If you want to keep the same number advice here  https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number

However if you are buying the phone outright then best to pop instore for the new sim. They will swap everything over for you

Just pop into your local o2 store and they will sort you out free of charge.
You will also need to change your data package if you are on a monthly contract so that visual voicemail etc will work on the iphone.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
