Finished device off and now want to go to pay as you go instead of monthly contract.  Tried all sorts to try and cancel the monthly contract but with no luck.  Sooooo frustrating.  I just want to move across from current monthly acct, taking my number with me, onto the pay as you go sim that I have received.  Can not get any calls or texts on my current sim, even though I'm still paying monthly.  It's like I've been cut off. Tried calling O2 customer service lots of times and they keep wanting to send me a code.  They can not get the message that I CAN NOT RECEIVE TXTS OR CALLS.  What can I do to activate this new payg sim and get off the monthly contract?  I am in Spain so not possible to go into O2 shop.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
