change of tariff

Hi,
I just changed my tariff from classic pay-as-you-go to £15 data big bundle, but the confirmation states that I can start using my new tariff from 03 September 2037.
Is that a wrong message or a joke?

Yep, wrong message. This has come up before It's still not fixed
This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

It's been like that for the last 10 years at least, still. it will be correct in another 13 years time
