have had to reset my phone twice now. justine the o2 technichian can sort it. but it takes an hour. anyone with the code to refix

You probably have the wrong type of sim. P&G and pay monthly are different. The message centre numbers will reset when the phone is switched off and then back on. Call customer service or go in store to get the correct sim.

That won't help if it's the wrong sim card as it will automatically revert if the phone is switched off.
