hi, i bought 2 pairs of airpods yesterday but i can't see any order in my account.
But the bank account shows that the money has been transferred into pending transactions.
i also contact with bank customer service and they told me that the bank has authorized the payment.

The payment has not been collected by o2.
I suggest you call customer service but you may have to order again.
