Thank you to anyone who tried to help me.However nothing worked.Eventually I got through to customer services,who informed me that I would need to talk to my bank.MY bank has now cancelled my card,and are issuing me with a new one.02 don't want to cancel auto top up ,which they could if they wanted to .

You mean you cannot cancel auto topup? What kind of nonsense is that? Sounds highly illegal to me. If so, remove all bank cards associated with the account, that would be my advice
