i want to use a website called deviantart on my mobile data but 02 have blocked it.

i have already tried changing my dns settings but that does not bypass the web filter.

i have also tried using web proxies but they are all blocked!.

i have also noticed that 4chan, archive.org and parts of tumblr are blocked too.

i do not have a credit card to turn off the filter so how do i bypass it.

You can go in store with ID to remove the restriction or use a vpn to connect.

How do I prove I’m over 18?

There are two ways you can do this. Once you do, we’ll take off the filters and won’t ask again.

  1. Go to one of our shops with photo ID (passport or driving licence).
  2. Prove you have a credit card. We'll charge £1 to the card, which we'll then refund, either through your bill or with calling credit.
