HI. Just visiting the uk for a short while and then to Europe. My wife and I each bought a 15£ bundle and we understand that there is roaming while in Europe but it appears that we can't ring Europe or get calls from there while in the Uk. Is this correct. ?

That is correct as you are not roaming whilst in the UK.
