i put a bolt on on my account today but its saying im out of data 2 hours later??

I have changed my big bundle to 5£, great. But unfortunately when I deposited 20£ Firstly the system top out 10£ for my previous payment and 1 minute later it top out another 5£, it is a big mistake here. Please help.

You both need to call O2. 

202 for contract

4445 for PAYG.

No thanks. It's a lost of time with this system. It always goes to top up with credit/debit card.
