On Monday i spoke to a nice lady called Nicki after towing and frowing
as I wanted my phone to be reconnected which she said she would do had to wait 24 hours then
make a call which I did to my home phone but no answer then all ok but on the Wednesday I noticed that I had been charge £2
for data which i do not have or use i only use the phone to make a call or receive one
I have been with O2 for a number years now and always had pay as you go so why oh why do you decide
to charge me ????????????? not a happy persons at all
