Hi

I have a new sim and I have paid £10 for my balence and o2 have taken £5 for a big bundle which will only last until the end of the month, I wont use that, as far as I am aware I didn't sign up for that.  Live chat isn't working so I would like to know how I can get the £5 back onto my balence where I wanted it in the first place

O2 only do bundles now on PAYG so there is no way to just use your credit.

If you want that type of PAYG, you need to look at Tesco or giffgaff.
