Resolved! Extra 10gb data not added onto rolling contract

I am a new o2 user and i got the 10gb rolling contract which offers an extra 10gb of data a month for the next 3 month. I have just set up sim and contract and the extra 10gb of data isn’t showing as being added onto my tariff. Can anyone help?
