I have just received a new sim from O2. The number on the sim doesn't mention 4g, and my Samsung phone doesn't show 4g anywhere on the status bar. How can I tell if the sim (and my Pay as You G tariff) are 4G?Jass.

Wait time for pay as you go an absolute joke

Anybody else had trouble activating SIM with a rolling plan? Currently on wait to speak to an advisor, 1hr 5 mins. Fully losing the will to live when it should just be an easy pop the SIM in and top up!
