Resolved! I have hdc2s0 to hdc2s3 in my contact list. What are these numbers and can I remove them safely?

I have hdc2s0 to hdc2s3 in my contact list. They are apparently by default on my O2 sim. When I click on them the "phone" number is 12345678 for each and all of them. Are they needed? Can they be removed? Please advise.My phone is Samsung A21s.
