bank card

just tried topping my phone up via web topup. but it says my 2 bank cards are not acceptable cards. ive used these same cards for last few years, ive had the same accounts for over 10 years and never had a problem. 

btw, the cards are barclays visa debit

any help appreciated

@in2media Have you tried removing your cards & re adding them to the accounts? Try using a top up voucher from your local ATM or shop

did it through internet explorer first attempt

strange how i couldnt do it through chrome tho

It may just be a 'glitch' in the system. You could try again tomorrow, if they don't work then you may have to re-register them. (Check the expiry dates on the cards)

Failing that, give customer services a call on 4445.

Chrome has been creating some issues just lately. The old faithful Internet Explorer seems to be working when others fail.
