the page does not show properly for a start! and the live chat does not pop up.

see below. Perhaps it is because I am not in the UK? I tried different PC and browsers too...

my O2 page does work properly though!!

I could never find it. I just tried again from Google Play Store.. it is only available in Slovakian or Czech ...

I do not know why all fails... I am in Europe!

Indeed somehow this app is not supported in my country. I cannot download it. 

 

I will have to wait for my next visit in the UK or just go the uncivilised way.

Didn't realise you weren't in the UK. However, I have been able to use My O2 whilst abroad.

As I said, there is always the option of using live chat wherever you are in the world.
