Hi, I have Pay As You Go but I don't top up really long time. Now my card is not active. Just I would like to keep the same number.Can we do something to activate again, please. Thank you Grigor

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 0344 8090222 (PAYG).
You must top up at least once every 6 months.
