Hi, I received an email from you at 22.35 yesterday claiming that my account was locked due to 5 failed logins. I have not tried to access my account and I was asleep when you sent email and noone else in house had access to my phone.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

Once you get access again change your password for a strong one and change your security question
