Hello it's all in the title I can receive text but dont seem to be able to receive calls abroad and I can't download the app because the plaYstore is not allowing me from my location to download it.

You can't download the app unless you are in the UK.

You'll need to call O2 to check for bars on your phone to resolve the network issues.
