@China22

Surfer Plans are related to Mobile Broadband so you would pay when you top up

https://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/mobile/o2-mobile-broadband-pay-and-go-consumer-tariff-terms

Scroll down past section 19 in the link above

O2 Surfer Plans (Light and Ultimate)
  • Pay As You Go Mobile Broadband one-off packages have expiry periods which range from 1 day to 1 year. ...
  • Your O2 Mobile Broadband access will expire: after your data allowance is used up within your expiration date, or on your expiration date, whichever is sooner.

Hope that  helps and welcome to the forum Welcome

Edited to ask you to remove your phone number as this is an open forum...

Have you got a tablet where you would be using mobile broadband?

Either way, ring customer services and ask for it to be cancelled. It's obviously on auto top up

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Do you have auto top up enabled? If so you can cancel in My O2 and if you have any problem then give them a call.
