As you are PAYG  4445 is your first point of contact

All other ways in the guide provided

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Typically, you can't change address on O2 PAYG - registering a new sim with a different contact and email address would work though, then migrate the number over to the new SIM from the old.  As SIMs can only be issued by either calling O2 (4445 for PAYG) or going into an O2 shop with photo id, you may be best serviced by the O2 Shop route, @JoeKwan - good luck!
