Hi
I've just got a pay as you go for the month as I'm only in the country for that long. I topped up £30 for the data, and it put me on the £10 tarrif. I went to change it and it said it will change next month which is when im not here. Before I go through the pain of customer service, has anyone experienced this or know how to rectify it?

Call 4445 to change it now or If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
