Recently topped up to avail of the £15 Big Bundle, but my £5 Big Bundle was still active and O2 immediately deducted £5 from my balance.
Problem is, they will not allow me to shift to £15 Big Bundle until next month.
This is ridiculous as I need the 15 GB data for this month and O2 won't allow me to change over to the tariff.
Can anyone please suggest a solution for this? Would be most obliged if I can get the sufficient data for this month and not the next.

You need to call 4445 and ask customer service to switch you over.

Many thanks. Will I be able to speak to an operator? I tried it and it only allows me to select pre-set options.
