Won’t allow me to make calls

I have a bundle I was on the phone to somebody who lost signal and now my calls won’t work I can send texts and use data

same here getting calls in from other phones not o2 can send text and  get text  l got 2 phones not working

Same with my o2 phone. Switched off the phone, but the problem is same - can't make any call

Same problem. London East. How about a news flash or email customers??!! Been to local O2 shop. Manager received email .. there is a PAYGo phone problem for 48 hours!
