Hi, I have an O2 PAYG sim with no monthly top up requirement. I wish to add wifi calling as we have only a minimal on/off signal at home. The web site says this can be done with compatible phones. I just bought an iphone SE which is said to be compatible. I have followed the written and video instructions but wifi calling does not appear as an option. I rang customer services who said ring Apple!
Can anyone help please? Thanks in advance.

It's not available on payg, sorry.
You'll need to upgrade to a monthly sim only.

Thanks for the quick reply. The web site needs updating in that case.
Looks like Three offer the facility so sadly a move is needed.

It's stated here @Pippin
Can I use Wifi and 4G Calling on Pay As You Go?
Wifi and 4G Calling isn’t available on Pay As You Go at the moment. It’s available to Pay Monthly Consumer and Business customers with compatible devices and services.
