Hello
I''ve just swithed to o2 PAYG from pay monthly and I can no longer connect to the Wifi Extra on the London Underground.
I get the error message 'unable to join wifi extra' or 'password incorrect'.
I tried calling o2 but the said they don't control the o2 wifi.
Doeas anyone know if the wifi username and password is the same as the Myo2 one on the o2 website?
Thanks

Wfi extra is eap sim controlled and only available to contract customers, you will never be asked to login as it is automatically authenticared.
You can just connect still to the standard O2 wifi hotspots though. Help here https://www.o2wifi.co.uk/account

Edit: Just checked the help and PAYG can use wifi extra if you have topped up in the last 90 days.
